Report on the 3rd Thematic Workshop

The 3rd Thematic Workshop of the Erasmus + project ExpoVET was held on the 25th of June 2020 in Bucharest in which many attendants participated.
In the workshop except for the partners of the project, many stakeholders and students from the three universities also participated.
Due to Covid-19 the Thematic Workshop was organized on line by the University of Bucharest.

2nd Managerial Meeting of ExpoVET

On November 14-th 2019 “Joint VET Course for Export Experts (Expovet)” was presented at Bulgarian Information Agency in Sofia, Bulgaria. The organizers were the Institute for Postgraduate Studies, division of the University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.

The Board of Directors of SEVE – Greek Exporters Association invites you to a press conference on Tuesday, December 10th at 11:30 am, at the Mediterranean Palace Hotel, for the official presentation of the European Project ” EXPOVET – Joint VET Course for Export Experts ” implemented by SEVE, with the participation of representatives of the project leader, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and other stakeholders.

 

Christmas Brunch will follow.

 

A few words about the project:

The project aims at developing a further training qualification at higher qualification level (EQF 6) in the field of international commerce for university graduates and unemployed individuals.  It also aims at enhancing the transnational networking between Higher Education Institutes, Vocational Training Providers and labour market actors. The qualification would be offered by universities or training providers affiliated to universities, members of the network.

–        A joint qualification profile in the field of international commerce (“Export Expert”) based on training needs & skills demand analysis.

–        A joint curriculum (at EQF level 6) in the field of international commerce offered by three universities or further training institutes (VET providers at tertiary level) at universities.

–        A sustainable network of organizations across geographical borders building on synergies and complementarities in the field of international commerce

A press conference was organized by PP5 Institute for Postgraduate Studies (IPS) at the Bulgarian Telecommunication Centre in Sofia on 14/11/2019. More than 15 journalists participated to the press conference. Prof. Grigoris Zarotiadis (AUTH), Mrs Isabelle Le Mouillour (BIBB) and Assoc. Prof Vasil Petkov (IPS at UNWE) presented the project’s aims, activities and expected results
