Ms Isabelle Le Mouillour (BIBB’s team manager) Isabelle Le Mouillour (M.A.) is senior researcher and head of unit at BIBB; her research topics are governance of VET systems, European VET policies (incl- qualifications frameworks, credit systems, and apprenticeship systems. She is member of the European Technical working group on VET. She started her researcher career at the Centre for Research on Work and Higher Education at university of Kassel analysing students’ mobility and credit systems (ECTS; ECVET) between 1992 and 2005. She works since 2005 at BIBB on apprenticeship schemes, governance of VET systems and VET at higher qualification levels. During her working period at the European Agency for VET (Cedefop) she specialised on learning outcomes approach, qualification frameworks and permeability between VET and HE. Since 2012 she is a member of the bi-national VET cooperations on apprenticeships for BIBB and GOVET with Portugal, Greece, Italy, Latvia and Slovak Republic. Isabelle Le Mouillour is fluent in French, English and German; she has some language knowledge of Greek.

Dr. Hannelore Mottweiler Hannelore Mottweiler (PhD) is research associate at BIBB since 2016. Currently she is responsible for regulatory work in retail and trade occupations. This includes the development and modernization of initial and advanced education and training regulations for recognized vocational qualifications, as well as the Evaluation of existing regulatory VET instruments. Furthermore, Ms. Mottweiler worked in several international comparative third-party funded research projects (2006-2016). She gained experience in quantitative country comparisons as well as qualitative comparative case study research.

She speaks German and English fluently.

 

Dr. Marthe Geiben Marthe Geiben (PhD) is research associate at BIBB since 2010. Currently she is the deputy section head on Basic Issues of Internationalisation / Monitoring VET Systems on BIBB. On a professional level, she has extensive experience in designing and implementing qualitative research approaches in international comparative settings, editing and writing scientific reports and articles in the field of VET and adult education, and in organising and managing international comparative research projects.

Furthermore, Ms. Geiben has been involved in several projects founded by Erasmus + and has earned experiences in

Ms. Geiben speaks German, English and French fluently.
