Report on the Final Project’s Dissemination FORUM

The Final Project’s Dissemination FORUM oraanised by Greek Exporters’ Association SEVE– despite the difficulties of the whole organization due to COVID 19 – was a success.

The Final Project’s Dissemination FORUM was organized by Greek Exporters Association – SEVE on Friday, March 26^th 2021, at 14.00 hours. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, it was decided following numerous contacts with all the partners, that the event would be a hybrid event – both online and with physical presence of the partners situated in Thessaloniki, Greece only. Unfortunately the other partners could attend only online because of the travel restrictions applied that prohibited travelling to Greece.

The organizer –SEVE – contacted specialized companies to undertake the organization of the event, which was finally decided to take place in Mediterranean Palace Hotel, Thessaloniki, a hotel which offers all the amenities for online events and the right dimensions of the meeting rooms in order to have the necessary distances and keep safe due to Covid-19.  A company with the best proposal, both in terms of offer and financial conditions, was chosen and the preparations begun.

A Save the Date has been forwarded to the partners and 1500 stakeholders in Greece in order to inform about the upcoming event.  The event was published at the weekly informative newsletter of SEVE and at SEVE site and social media.

According to SEVE’s instructions an electronic invitation has been created together with an agenda of the event with all the logos and links in order to enable attendants to participate.

The invitation with the participation link and the agenda was forwarded to all partners and stakeholders. It was also published in SEVE’s weekly newsletter which is emailed to more than 800 member companies all over Greece and uploaded to SEVE’s website and social media.

On Tuesday the 23rd of March a press release to all the Greek Media has been forwarded to inform and invite the interested public at the forthcoming event.

Dr Loukas Zahilas,  Head of the Department for VET Systems and Institutions (DSI) at Cedefop, the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training had been invited to be the Key Note speaker at the event and we were very happy that he accepted the invitation.

The other speakers were Professor, Dr. Grigoris Zarotiadis, representing the Lead Partner organization of the Consortium, Mr. Spyros Ignatiadis, General Director of SEVE, Ms Hannelore Mottweiler from the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training, Ms Eirini Sylleli from EURICON and Ms Eirini Ozouni from ASECU.

Interventions were made by Professor Dr. Stoychev of the University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria and Professor Dorel Paraschiv of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

Welcome speeches were addressed by the Member of the Board of SEVE, Mr. Simos Diamantidis and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

The meeting was co-ordinated by Ms. May Demertzi, International Liaison Officer at SEVE.

Αt the end of the event there was a buffet for the participants but due to the pandemic we could not have a proper cocktail event but had to be organised with the restrictions imposed.

‘Κοινό Πρόγραμμα Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης και Κατάρτισης (ΕΕΚ) για Στελέχη Εξαγωγών’ – EXPOVEΤ

ΤΕΛΙΚΗ ΣΥΝΑΝΤΗΣΗ ΔΙΑΧΥΣΗΣ ΤΩΝ ΑΠΟΤΕΛΕΣΜΑΤΩΝ ΤΟΥ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ EXPOVET που υλοποιεί ο ΣΕΒΕ

Tα αποτελέσματα του προγράμματος EXPOVET-Joint Vet Course for Export Experts παρουσιάστηκαν στο Final Project’s Dissemination Forum – Joint VET Course for Export Experts που οργάνωσε ο ΣΕΒΕ την Παρασκευή 26 Μαρτίου 2021 μέσω διαδικτύου. Το πρόγραμμα συγχρηματοδοτείται από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ της E.E. και από ίδιους πόρους. Στόχος του έργου είναι η συνεργασία των πανεπιστημίων των συμμετεχόντων χωρών (Ελλάδα, Βουλγαρία, Ρουμανία, Γερμανία) με σκοπό την χαρτογράφηση του επαγγελματικού προφίλ των στελεχών εξαγωγικών επιχειρήσεων, καθώς και τη δημιουργία ενός κοινού προγράμματος εκπαίδευσης με ενιαίες διαδικασίες διασφάλισης ποιότητας και διακρατικής, ευρωπαϊκής αναγνώρισης.

Το έργο στοχεύει στην ενίσχυση της διακρατικής συνεργασίας των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων και των παρόχων επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης σε τριτοβάθμιο επίπεδο, στη διεύρυνση, ενίσχυση και επικύρωση των δεξιοτήτων των φοιτητών που απαιτούνται για την εξαγωγική ανάπτυξη των επιχειρήσεων και στην εφαρμογή εργαλείων μάθησης βασιζόμενη στην πρακτική άσκηση.

Χαιρετισμό στην εκδήλωση απηύθυνε ο Σίμος Διαμαντίδης, οικονομικός επόπτης του ΣΕΒΕ. Στάθηκε ιδιαίτερα στο υψηλό επίπεδο των συμμετεχόντων στο πρόγραμμα, στα οφέλη της δράσης που «συνδέει» την ανώτατη εκπαίδευση με την αγορά εργασίας και στην επιταχυνόμενη ψηφιοποίηση, στην οποία συνέβαλε αποφασιστικά και η πανδημία, που συντελείται και πρέπει οι επιχειρήσεις να είναι σε θέση να ανταπεξέλθουν.

Ο κύριος προσκεκλημένος ομιλητής, Λουκάς Ζαχείλας, Head of Department for VET Systems and Institutions του Cedefop ανέφερε ότι «Αυτοματοποίηση, ρομποτική, ψηφιοποίηση, τεχνητή νοημοσύνη δημιουργούν νέες προκλήσεις και θα μας απασχολούν όλο και περισσότερο σε έναν κόσμο που αλλάζει». «Κάποιες έρευνες προβλέπουν πως τα ρομπότ θα μπορούν να κάνουν το 50% των εργασιών που τώρα γίνεται από ανθρώπους, από την άλλη πλευρά άλλες μελέτες κατεβάζουν αυτό το ποσοστό, το μόνο σίγουρο είναι πως οι δουλειές του μέλλοντος θα απαιτούν νέα προσόντα και δεξιότητες», υποστήριξε.

Ο Κοσμήτορας της Σχολής Οικονομικών και Πολιτικών Επιστημών του ΑΠΘ, που είναι ο επικεφαλής εταίρος του προγράμματος, Γρηγόρης Ζαρωτιάδης αναφέρθηκε στο πώς θα υλοποιηθεί το πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης που θα οδηγεί σε πιστοποίηση των γνώσεων των καταρτιζομένων μέσω εκπαιδευτικής και πρακτικής διαδικασίας πάνω στις εξαγωγές.

Τέλος, ομιλίες απηύθυναν και εκπρόσωποι των υπόλοιπων εταίρων αναφέροντας την απουσία τέτοιων εξειδικευμένων προγραμμάτων και την σημαντικότητα του υλοποιούμενου προγράμματος που καλύπτει ένα μεγάλο κενό.

Άλλοι εταίροι του προγράμματος εκτός από τον Σύνδεσμο Εξαγωγέων είναι: το Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης και συγκεκριμένα το Κέντρο Δια Βίου Μάθησης (επικεφαλής εταίρος), το Ομοσπονδιακό Ινστιτούτο Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης και Κατάρτισης που εδρεύει στην Βόννη, η εταιρία συμβούλων Euricon ΕΠΕ, το Ινστιτούτο Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών από την Σόφια της Βουλγαρίας, το Πανεπιστήμιο Οικονομικών Επιστημών του Βουκουρεστίου της Ρουμανίας και η Ένωση των Οικονομικών Πανεπιστημίων της Νότιας και ανατολικής Ευρώπης και της Παρευξείνιας Ζώνης.

The central aim
developing a cross-national, interregional, continuous VET framework at a higher level (EQF 6) in the field of international commerce.

More specifically,

The project aims at developing a further training qualification at higher qualification level (EQF 6) in the field of international commerce for university graduates and unemployed individuals it aims at strengthening the transnational networking between Higher Education Institutes, Vocational Training Providers and labor market actors.
Universities or vocational training institutes affiliated to universities would offer this qualification.

Until the end of the project, the following 2 important transnational events will take place:

• The Final Transnational Managerial Meeting will take place on-line on Tuesday 23 of March 2021 to discuss the preview the whole project and arrange the final implementation steps.

• The Final Transnational Dissemination forum will take place on-line on Friday 26 of March 2021 to disseminate at transnational level the main results of EXPOVET project.

Additionally, relevant National Forum will be organized in Romania to disseminate also the main aims/activities/results of EXPOVET project at national level.

Σύντομη παρουσίαση του έργου: το έργο με τίτλο «Joint VET Course for Export Experts» που χρηματοδοτείται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή, ξεκίνησε στις 15/12/2018 και λήγει στις 31/3/2021. Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η δημιουργία μιας κοινής δομής συνεργασίας, δίκτυο, για την παροχή ενός κοινού προγράμματος σπουδών υπό τον συντονισμό της ASECU από πανεπιστήμια μέλη της, σε μεταπτυχιακό επίπεδο στον τομέα του διεθνούς εμπορίου. Προγραμματίζεται από τον  επόμενο Σεπτέμβριο να ξεκινήσει να λειτουργεί το εν λόγω πρόγραμμα στο οποίο θα μπορούν να συμμετέχουν επαγγελματίες, φοιτητές, άνεργοι έτσι ώστε να αποκτήσουν κοινό προφίλ προσόντων στον τομέα των εξαγωγών, με βάση τη μαθητεία σε εργασιακό περιβάλλον προς ανάπτυξη συγκεκριμένων δεξιοτήτων και γνώσεων στον τομέα των εξαγωγών.
